This washed Castillo coffee is from the Asociacin de Caficultores del Cauca (ACC) in Piendam, Colombia, a group of smallholder farmers dedicated to improving quality and promoting sustainable cultivation. The coffee is hand harvested on each farm and processed with fermentation times of 12 18 hours, resulting in a cup with a unique flavor profile of orange, nettle tea, and star anise.
